1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TrueHub website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by TrueHub ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, placing an order, booking a service, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to use the Platform. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at hello@truehub.in of any unauthorised use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

4. Orders & Payments

• All product prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Placing an order is an offer to purchase; an order is confirmed only once accepted and a confirmation is issued.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, with a full refund where payment has been made.
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. TrueHub does not store your card or bank details.

5. Services & Bookings

• Service bookings are subject to technician availability in your area.
• Quoted prices for services may be revised after an on-site inspection; any revision requires your acceptance before work proceeds.
• Cancellation of a confirmed booking may be subject to a cancellation charge as displayed at the time of booking.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Product returns, refunds, and order cancellations are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Submit false, misleading, or defamatory reviews or content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, other accounts, or our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation or security

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including logos, text, graphics, product images, and software — is the property of TrueHub or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Services

The Platform may link to or integrate with third-party services (payment gateways, delivery partners, SMS/WhatsApp providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, TrueHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order or service.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
